Hello,
My name is Cullen King and I would like to represent you as your City Council person.
Sachse has grown a great deal in last five to 10 years and is poised for even more growth. I believe we need to create an even friendlier business environment while controlling that growth through planning.
Certainly of of my top priorities for our city is our road system. I strongly feel we are on our way to addressing many transportation issues. Our successful Bond offering gave a good jump start but we still have some work to do.
The city needs to have better defined development standards in place which is especially important in the President George Bush Tollway corridor because this corridor represents our future commercial tax base. As Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commision, I am fortunate to have been a part of some of those standards.
Open communication is important for all of our citizens. I look forward to meeting as many of you as I can.
